  1. The personal information you provide will not be used for any purpose other than sending you information about "Geotechnical Forum 2024", invitation tickets to visit the exhibition, and information about related events held by the organizers.
  2. This exhibition has introduced a visitor barcode management system.
    In addition, when visiting each exhibition booth (both concurrent and held at the same time exhibitions), we may scan your barcode instead of asking for your business card.
    When your barcode is scanned, your registered personal information will be provided to the exhibitor (company) in question. Please note that you may receive various guidance and information from the exhibitor in question.
  3. We will take measures to prevent the leakage, loss, falsification, etc. of personal information.
  4. The organizer will instruct the secretariat and contractors to handle personal information appropriately.

<Prohibitions>

The following actions by visitors are strictly prohibited within the venue. Please note that anyone who violates these rules may be asked to leave the venue.
